Sean's property service did a fantastic job power washing my house, roof, patio, porches and fencing gates. He also did a great clean up job of patio parts of which was close to black. I was very pleased with the work and he guaranteed me if anything I see after a period of time that isn't to my satisfaction to call him and he would come right back. I'm very pleased with the work Sean did, thank you very much!!

Sean did an amazing job earlier this month cleaning our iron stained porch lattice and cement sections of our foundation. We tried numerous cleaning agents in the past without success. He was prompt in coming out for an estimate and was very meticulous and professional on the day of service. He has since come back to power wash our pool deck and completed another job well done. I was blown away by how amazing my house came out. The siding was 25 yrs old and now looks brand new! Sean was incredible. I utilized Sean’s property services recently to power wash my home. For the two events in which I had the opportunity to meet with Sean, one to walk the property to do an estimate and the other to actually conduct the washing he was on time, professional and respectful of my property. I also did my homework and believe that Sean offered excellent value for his services. The house honestly looked a shade lighter when he was done from removing all the dirt and pollen. I went back and forth about 4 vs 5 stars. But the long and short of it is this: Sean was very friendly, responsive, prompt, and professional. He did a great job refreshing the outside of our house, making the vinyl look practically new. I would recommend him to anyone that could use a house wash.

Sean's Property Services did a great job cleaning up the outside of my house. The gutters had a black grimy growth on it, now looks sparkly clean along with the sliding! Price was reasonable, work was fast and efficient, and Sean has a great attention to detail!
